Resolver Cigar Bar: This is my favorite cigar bar, with an unbelievable selection of cigars.
Gyeongridan Street is near Itaewon and has great food. It’s a “street food” alley where everything tastes good, and it also has nice little shops. Bring walking shoes, the hill is pretty steep.
Changdeokgung is one of the five grand palaces built by the kings of the Joseon Dynasty.
Han River Park: The Han River bisects Seoul and on the banks are parks, places to eat, and a lot of convenience stores. One of my favorite things to do is to go down to the park and enjoy a drink on the river bank.
Itaewon is the international district of the city. There you can find great food, lots of bars and clubs, and cool street shops.
Sushi Shin is the best kept secret in Korea and the absolute best sushi place. I prefer eating my sushi here than in Japan. It’s located on the outskirts of Seoul.
Bon Suwon BBQ: The city of Suwon, just southeast of Seoul is famous for Korean BBQ. This place is the king of all BBQ places. No other place compares
The Library Bar at the Shilla Hotel has totally luxurious desserts, drinks, and great atmosphere. Luxurious prices, too!
Speakeasy Mortar is my favorite place to get a drink in Seoul. Modeled after a typical Prohibition bar, you must knock to get in. A guy with a tommy gun opens the door for you. The bartenders are the best, and this place has the best whiskey selection in the country.
Tattoo Korea: Where I got my ink.
