PlayIN with The Philadelphia Orchestra

Come sit side-by-side with members of The Philadelphia Orchestra at one of the popular PlayIN events being presented this season. Musicians of all ages across a range of abilities are invited to join the Fabulous Philadelphians onstage—Philly style!—in a shared music-making event that will excite and inspire.

Participants are encouraged to share their experience before, during, and after the event using social media (#PhilOrchPlayIN).

Each PlayIN will be filmed and / or photographed to potentially be used for future promotion.

The Philadelphia Orchestra's PlayINs are funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.

Back by popular demand! Principal Tuba Carol Jantsch, members of The Philadelphia Orchestra, and special guest ensemble Tubular (the world’s greatest tuba cover band) are back once again for the third Tuba/Euphonium PlayIN extravaganza! This onstage community event is open to musicians of all ages across a range of abilities to join in a shared music-making event for the ages. Selections to include popular works by Richard Strauss, Getty H. Huffine, Aaron Copland, Mark James, Antonín Dvořák, and many more.
